Can I try before paying?

Yes. Quick Start is free for the first 3 months, and the first 5 users are free forever — no credit card required.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes — full online support on every plan. Enterprise customers also get phone support and help to adopt every feature.

How are Quick Start and Enterprise different?

Enterprise is for more than 50 users, with live support, a dedicated instance with more processing power and help with deep integrations into your systems.

How long does set-up take?

You can use Kipprs from day one. A full rollout usually takes 1–4 weeks — about one week per level in your organisation.

Do I pay extra for training?

No. All product and strategy training is free online. Instructor-led remote training can be arranged on request.

How many licences will I need?

Not every employee needs a licence — some can be managed in Kipprs without logging in. We can help you size it.
