This policy explains how Kipprs collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform.

• Account data: name, work email, company, role and team.
• Performance data: objectives, KPIs, targets, actuals, tasks, appraisals and feedback entered by your organisation.
• Usage data: login times and changes, recorded in the audit log for security and governance.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to provide and support the service, secure it, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Where it is stored

By default data is hosted on Google Cloud in the United Kingdom. Customers can choose local, private-cloud or on-premise hosting.

4. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and every change is audited. See our security page.

5. Retention and deletion

If you stop your subscription, your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days, after which all data is permanently deleted. You can request a full export of your data and audit history at any time.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data. Your organisation’s administrator can also manage your profile.
