Terms of service
These terms apply when your organisation creates a Kipprs account or uses the Kipprs platform (the “service”). By creating an account or subscribing, the person doing so confirms they may accept these terms for their organisation.
1. Accounts
Each organisation has at least one administrator, who manages its users, settings and subscription. Keep passwords confidential; you are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Plans and trials
- The Free plan is free for up to 5 users, with no time limit.
- Paid plans may include a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you subscribe during a trial, the remaining trial days stay free.
- When a trial ends without a subscription, the organisation’s data is kept, only its administrator can sign in, and access for everyone returns as soon as it subscribes.
3. Payment
Paid plans are billed per user in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. How billing, renewals, user changes and failed payments work is set out in Billing and renewals; cancellations and refunds in Cancellation and refunds.
4. Your data
Your organisation owns the data it enters. We use it only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you add, including personal data about your employees.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to upload malicious code, to try to reach another organisation’s data, to overload or probe the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and back up data daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature that paid plans rely on.
7. AI features
AI suggestions and summaries are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them for decisions.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. Data retention after an account ends is described in our privacy policy.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify administrators by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
